you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Participation

​

  • Participation in our homeschool programs, events, and consultations is voluntary.
     

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision and well-being of their children unless otherwise stated for drop-off programs.
     

  • Inspire Me THSC reserves the right to dismiss a participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe to the community environment.
     

2. Registration & Payment

​

  • All services and programs must be registered for in advance. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
     

  • Payment must be made in full prior to the start of any session or service, unless a payment plan is pre-approved in writing.
     

  • Fees are non-refundable unless a program is canceled by Inspire Me THSC.
     

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours before any consultation or session.
     

  • Each participant is allowed one reschedule opportunity for missed sessions, which must be requested via email.
     

  • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable and not eligible for make-up sessions unless otherwise approved.
     

4. Health & Safety

  • Children exhibiting signs of illness must be kept at home.
     

  • Inspire Me THSC follows reasonable safety practices, but is not liable for injuries or accidents that may occur during participation.
     

  • Parents agree to disclose any allergies, medical needs, or behavioral concerns during registration.
     

5. Intellectual Property

​

  • All curriculum, handouts, digital downloads, and other materials provided by Inspire Me THSC are for personal, non-commercial use only.
     

  • Reproduction, distribution, or resale of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
     

6. Photo & Media Release

​

  • Inspire Me THSC may occasionally photograph or record activities for promotional purposes.
     

  • By enrolling, you grant permission to use images or video of you and/or your child unless a written opt-out is submitted prior to participation.
     

7. Community Conduct

​

  • Respectful communication and inclusive behavior are expected from all families.
     

  • Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund.
     

8. Modifications to Terms

  • Inspire Me THSC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. All changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling $35 or more (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

4. Delivery Estimates

REFUND AND NON-RETURN POLICY

  • We do not offer refunds on any products or services, including digital downloads, consultations, or classes unless otherwise stated.

GIFT CARD POLICY

    Gift cards may be redeemed exclusively for products, services, classes, and consultations offered by Inspire Me THSC, either online or in person (where applicable).
     

  2. Delivery

    Gift cards are delivered digitally via email. Please ensure you enter the correct email address at the time of purchase.
     

  3. Expiration

    Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused balances will expire after this period.
     

  4. Non-Refundable

    All gift card purchases are final. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
     

  5. Transferable

    Gift cards may be used by the recipient or transferred to another individual. Please treat them like cash—we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
     

  6. Partial Use

    If your purchase is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will be available for future use until the expiration date.
